Returns and Exchanges: We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If your device is faulty, then you may exchange it within 3 days of the original purchase date for a exchange. No refund policy

Eligibility: To be eligible for a exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. E-liquids, coils, and disposable devices are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. (Exceptions made for faulties )

Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all exchanges.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange a product for the same item or a different one of equal value, please contact us within 3 days of purchase. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
